Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Leshai.ca, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these terms, Leshai.ca is referred to as “Leshai,” “we,” “us” or “our.”
Editorial content
Leshai publishes journalism, commentary, reviews, recommendations and cultural coverage for general information, discussion and entertainment. Content reflects the views and work of its credited authors. It is not legal, medical, financial, mental-health or other professional advice.
Information such as dates, prices, availability, product details and recommendations may change. Verify information with the relevant primary source before making an important decision. We do not promise that every page will always be complete, current or error-free, but we welcome corrections at shayinthemedia@hotmail.com.

Leshai does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, terms or transactions. This section does not require you to indemnify Leshai for losses caused by Leshai’s own unlawful conduct.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. The courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
